Once logged in, this is the screenshot of what you will see for your individual account. This overview page will quickly show you your net due and prepay balances, as well as your most recent invoices. From here, you can toggle down the menu on the left hand side of the website to reach information including invoices, payments, statements, patronage, grain tickets, grain contracts, and so much more!

How to Read Your Statement

Please be advised that as of March 31st, 2024, in an effort to improve environmental sustainability and service speed, MyFS customers will no longer be provided statements by mail. Please reference your myFS account for your statement (you can print it if needed).

As of April 30, 2024, provided we have your email address on file, your statements will be emailed to you rather than mailed.

Should you still require your statement to be mailed please call 519-340-7575 and ask for Kathleen and she will update your account.
